This reader has an integrated construction without the snap-on cover for more rugged duty than standard models. The ruggedized P-415-HA is a 125 Khz proximity card reader for mounting on a double-gang electrical box. Thus larger physical unit provides longer read range than lesser models. HA version reads Farpointe, HID and AWID proximity cards.
