The NK86 is a keypad and smartcard reader that also has the ability to be activated with a mobile app. With this product, you can add mobile entry capability to any access control system. With the Wiegand interface, the reader by default will return a 34 bit CSN number from a MiFare classic card, a 66 bit number from a DesFire card or a 34 bit number from the app*. Unit includes an illuminated keypad that outputs in 8 bit burst mode compatible with all RBH controllers like Integra32 and the HighpowerOne controller.
The app uses Bluetooth to transmit a "UHSC" credential. The RBH Access app, once installed on a phone generates a single, no-cost credential that turns the phone essentially into a card. One credential per phone. App is available at no charge for both Apple and Android, meaning credential is free. This model is designed for mounting on a standard single-gang electrical box.
